He is running against Roderick Kingsley Hobgoblin for all my comic readers out there lol. Spider-Man deals with Raxton, who proves to be a physical threat, but manages to defeat him by himself. Peter is still dealing with the guilt and shame he had caused those around him with the symbiote, so this act would be very interesting for Peter's character arc.

Peter eventually finishes the cure up for Harry's disease and tries to find him by drawing Norman out and possibly letting the city know what a fool he actually is.

Meanwhile, Norman interacts with the symbiote briefly; the symbiote tells Norman that it really hates Spider-Man now so when Norman puts the symbiote on Harry, the symbiote is in full control of Harry.

Norman comes out as the Green Goblin, but another monster also comes out; the Symbiote Goblin; Norman has combined both the symbiote and Globulin Green to create the ultimate monster; Harry is secretly the monster, but Peter does not know this.

The Globulin Green has caused Norman to blame himself for his son; his wife died a long time ago, but he will not let Harry die. Spider-Man meets up with DeWolffe, Mary Jane, and Miles all individually to apologize to them; DeWolffe tries to attack Spider-Man, but the two eventually come to middle grounds after Spider-Man explains the whole situation with the symbiote and MJ forgives Peter and Miles, still mourning the death of his uncle, reluctantly agrees to come to middle grounds with Peter.

Because of the plague on the city, Spider-Man and DeWolffe work together to get everyone in quarantine or off the island to avoid the Globulin Green; some civilians are turning into monsters themselves and Spider-Man must fight them; Spider-Man creates more of the antidote he originally created for Harry.

Spider-Man eventually finds out that the Black Goblin is Harry so does MJ and is heartbroken, but does what he needs to. Meanwhile, Miles and MJ work together to stop all the criminals from taking advantage of the Globulin-infected civilians and killing them. Sandman returns with Enforcers and Miles and MJ work on stopping him. They eventually do. Miles still struggles with not telling Gwen his identity; Gwen is very worried for Miles after Aaron's death.

After Spider-Man has created enough samples of the antidote, he creates a large dispersion on the old Fisk Tower to release the antidote on the city. Spider-Man releases this and saves the city. Spider-Man faces off the Green Goblin and the Black Goblin there, with the last sample he has and tries to cure Harry during the fight.

The symbiote is in full control of Harry and Peter has to face down his worst demon again; Miles offers to help, but Peter ensures him that he has got this. Spider-Man fights the two of them off, with Norman playing off of Peter's emotions and saying that May's death and Connors's death was his fault. But Peter, being the bigger man, does not let this stop him.

Green Goblin reverts back to Norman and Peter successfully uses the antidote on the Black Goblin, reverting him back to Harry. Harry's condition is even worse now because of the mixture of Globulin Green and the symbiote. Harry manages to survive however and looks extremely happy to reunite with Peter and MJ, who comes to the scene. The NYPD now have confirmed evidence that Norman is behind all of this and arrests him, but does not arrest Harry; instead, Harry gets mental and physical treatment at the hospital under Dr.

Ashley Kafka. Norman goes to Ryker's, where he reunites with Otto, who is outraged with just the sight of Norman. Miles Warren, but does not feel happy about his job; Harry and Peter always did talk about starting a business together to maintain New York's environment and Peter jokes with MJ that he might start that business if Harry is ever cured.

Miles can now operate on his own, but still works with Peter on keeping New York clean of evil and criminals. The first after credits scene would show Richard Fisk Wilson's son from earlier who failed to kill Spider-Man confused as to where his father went.

Apparently, the Kingpin had a stache of Globulin Green serums in case Norman ever ran out. Richard finds this stache and injects himself.

This sets up the next game where Richard would become the Goblin Knight I know he is not in the comics, but I want to be original lol. The second after credits scene would show a scene where Peter is working and Dr.

Warren is watching over his work. Peter leaves for the day and farewells Warren, but Warren being the awkward weirdo he is does not say anything.

We see what Warren is writing in his journal and his journal reveals that he has an obsession with cloning. Two weeks has passed ever since Norman was arrested and Harry was put in rehab; Peter and Mary Jane are celebrating their relationship together and make a toast to Harry as he recovers from the Osborn disease under the brilliant mind of Dr. Kafka the two visit Harry once a week. Crime is down, up until DeWolffe calls Spider-Man to let him know that multiple murders of various former criminals have been popping out throughout Manhattan and Queens; Peter, with the help of Mary Jane, who reports these murders to the Bugle to raise awareness of this matter, helps DeWolffe uncover who is behind this.

Spider-Man and DeWolffe eventually finds out that the murders are at the hands of the advanced ninja-like vigilante known as the Wraith. DeWolffe plays extremely dirty by getting a former career criminal known as Ray Foghorn, who is now a successful chef in Hell's Kitchen, to draw the Wraith out. Spider-Man and DeWolffe argue about this matter, as it puts Mr. Foghorn in danger, but it will help them get to Wraith and DeWolffe tries to ensure Spider-Man that she will not let Foghorn die.

Spider-Man, tired of DeWolffe's ignorance, calls upon the help of Miles; Miles, who can now operate by himself, tracks down the Wraith in her secret hideout in the Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens; Miles learns that the Wraith is Yuri after Yuri takes off her mask; apparently, Foghorn stole from Yuri's family and tried to kill her mother; Foghorn tries his best to apologize to Yuri, saying that he is no longer a criminal, but Yuri beheads him.

Peter finds out, through old clips and interrogating thugs who ran into the Wraith, that she is using old Mysterio equipment and fear gas. Spider-Man goes to the hideout in Queens and investigates on what he can find as to who Yuri's next target, or targets, are.

Yuri has lost her mind; she is going after both current criminals and former criminals who have either wronged her or someone she loved; no matter how much a criminal has changed, she will not forgive them. During Spider-Man's investigation process involving all of Yuri's past files and journal notes, Spider-Man reunites himself with the Black Cat, who offers a helping hand to take down the Wraith.

Spider-Man and the Black Cat track down three potential victims; Matthew Townley, Samuel Zhang, and TJ Donald; Townley is in the Rolling 50s gang, a group of young men who are trying to recreate Hammerhead's old mafia; Zhang is in the Dragon Lords, a gang who practically runs Chinatown under their ruthless leader, the White Dragon who used to have ties with Martin Li and the Demons.

Donald is in the Rivals gang; violent bank robbers. Townley is only a weapons contractors, Zhang is an orphan who was blackmailed to associate himself with the Dragon Lords and White Dragon, while Donald is in the Rivals gang, but is one of the only members who does not participate in their various robberies. Spider-Man and Black Cat work together to warn these three young men that the Wraith is coming for them, while also preventing the Rivals from robbing the biggest bank in New York, preventing the Rollings 50s from blowing up the bridge between Manhattan and Queens which they are trying to do to prevent gangs from Queens from taking over their turf , and stopping the White Dragon and the Dragon Lords from recruiting young men and expanding their empire.

Peter eventually finds out that Harry is feeling a lot better under Dr. Kafka; when Peter goes to Ravencroft to visit Harry for lunch, Harry reminds Peter that the symbiote is still out there. Harry was dead certain he saw something resembling the symbiote when he was being delivered to Ravencroft; this increases Peter's suspicions, as he keeps an eye out leading to a side mission with Peter's stalker.

Yuri warns Spider-Man one last time to stay out of her way, as she does not want to fight her former friend and partner; Spider-Man finds out Yuri's last target is the White Dragon. Spider-Man and the Black Cat snoop around Chinatown to find out more about the White Dragon; the White Dragon is essentially the Kingpin of Chinatown; he is an old friend of Martin Li's and was rejected from the Demons for not being powerful enough; that is when he let the Dragon Lords take over Chinatown.

Spider-Man also finds the White Dragon's connections to Yuri; the White Dragon and Yuri dated at one point in high school, but the White Dragon sought to defame the already broken reputation of the Watanabe family. Yuri did not like that and wants revenge. Spider-Man helps DeWolffe and Miles hold off the Dragon Lords, who combines some off Martin Li's old weapons and powers to make deadly weapons on the streets of Chinatown.

The trio successfully stops the White Dragon, after his dragon elements almost kill the trio. Spider-Man is unable to uncover the White Dragon's identity, as his mask is literally stuck to his face. Spider-Man and Yuri talk it out and the two come to middle grounds. Yuri emphasizes how much she hates criminals; crime is the one that took her family away from her. Spider-Man relates to that, but Yuri says she needs time.

There is a darkness brewing inside of her and she will no longer be normal. Spider-Man and Yuri hug it out and before Yuri goes away, she has an intense stare-down with DeWolffe, who does not approve of her anymore. DeWolffe tries to open fire, but Yuri goes away.

Spider-Man looks into the sunset as she does Two months after Yuri disappears and Halloween is among New York; Miles is preparing going on a date with Gwen in a few days, as he is inviting her to Midtown's Halloween party. The Dragon Lords and Rivals are now teaming up to take down the already weak Rolling 50s. Spider-Man and Black Cat team up to dismantle the two gangs and successfully takes down the rest of the Rivals, but the Dragon Lords are expanding more, even after the White Dragon's arrest.

Peter and Miles talk about Miles's future and where he would like to go to college; Peter offers Miles advice, having disappointed Miles and still feeling guilty for essentially being a part of how Aaron died at the hands of the Kingpin; Peter still has not forgiven himself and puts his heart out to be Miles's older brother figure. The conversation eventually leads to Miles saying how he is running out of money, as Dr.

Michaels has temporarily shut down FEAST; Miles does not know what happened, but Michaels has been acting very strange before his leave; his eyes were bloodshot red and his voice somehow got a lot lower.

Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid eventually find out that the Dragon Lords are taking the absence of Michaels to their advantage and stealing supplies. Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid return the supplies only to find out that the Dragon Lords have taken the homeless hostage after finding Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid stole all the supplies back; Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid work together on saving the hostages, but what is a hostage situation turns into a bloody nightmare when a living vampire known as the Morbius sucks the blood and kills both the Dragon Lords and some homeless.

Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid try to fight Morbius, but Morbius has limited flight, superhuman strength and speed, and can heal himself like the Wolverine from X-Men. Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid help some of the youth in whom the Dragon Lords have recruited and the surviving homeless.

The city is left in shock It's Halloween night and Miles remembers that he has a date with Gwen at Midtown High for the party; he has two hours before then; Miles puts his life as the Kid Arachnid first, as he feels that Morbius is now his responsibility; Peter and Miles find a trail in Staten Island that leads to the Morbius.

Michaels; Morgan Michaels is not even his real name; his real name is Michael Morbius, but he changed it to Morgan Michaels since Norman and Oscorp thought the name sounded surreal and sinister.

Michaels has always been a vampire; this week is the week he finally let loose. Peter and Miles follow the trail to Morbius and find him at none other than Midtown High.

Miles becomes extremely worried for Gwen's fate. Miles becomes so distracted on finding Gwen while Peter scans the high school for Morbius; Morbius is seen chasing down lone teenagers out of the school and trying to suck the blood out of them. Spider-Man must put an end to this, while Miles and Gwen have an awkward conversation about why Miles is acting so weird, with Gwen a little frustrated at Miles for keeping secrets from her.

Spider-Man follows Morbius only to get bitten and poisoned. Spider-Man goes on an adrenaline trip which faces him off with his worst enemies; the Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, and the symbiote.

Spider-Man struggles beating them, but he eventually does. Peter is cursed and can no longer swing properly because of Morbius's bite. Wraith then tells Kid Arachnid that her fear gas and Mysterio illusion tech can help him and Spider-Man take down Morbius. The day after Halloween, New York is going crazy over the new vampire.

However, during Jameson's campaign, he is threatened by Roderick Kingsley, his former rival during the campaign for Mayor of New York; Kingsley, being a politician and a former fashion designer who was previously accused with having connections with every gang in New York ever , lets loose and sends men out to kidnap Jameson, which Spider-Man must stop.

However, Spider-Man has a gut feeling that that would not be enough to stop Morbius; Spider-Man, still being extremely sick and lightheaded from being bitten by Morbius, goes to the old Oscorp laboratory and cooks up a non-lethal dart that could revert Morbius back to Michaels; at least temporarily.

During this, Gwen becomes worried for Miles with Miles itching to tell her about his secret identity. Peter advises that Miles should only tell her if he can truly trust her. Morbius has summoned his victims in the underground railroads connected between Manhattan and Queens.

Spider-Man uses the bright lights and darts he produced, Wraith uses her fear gas and Mysterio tech, and Kid Arachnid and Black Cat work on stopping the vampires from reaching to the surface and causing hell to reign upon New York. Spider-Man and Wraith work together to defeat Morbius, who is only getting stronger by the minute. The fear gas works a little on Morbius, but Morbius almost kills Yuri just before Spider-Man prevents him from doing so.

Spider-Man and the Wraith successfully use the lights and the darts to revert Morbius back to Michaels. Spider-Man tells Yuri to shoot him with the dart to cure him. Spider-Man goes into a short coma and wakes up with Michaels, who is being put away to Ravencroft, the same place Harry is being held. Spider-Man visits Michaels and the Ravencroft doctors let Spider-Man and Michaels know that there is no possible cure to Michaels's blood disease; he is Morbius forever. So when Michaels turns into Morbius again, they will have to subdue him and keep him trapped in Ravencroft.

Spider-Man feels extremely bad for Michaels, as Michaels slowly loses his mind. Ravencroft then announces to the city that the city will be funding a cure for Michaels soon. A couple of days has passed since New York saw the rise of Morbius; Jameson is feeling even more endangered now that he cannot live a day without one of Roderick Kingsley's associates trying to kill him.

Kingsley is taking this too far; Spider-Man and Black Cat work together to find Kingsley and dismantle his associates, who are running drug and special projects operations around the city. Out of desperation, Jameson calls upon Spider-Man to help protect him from Kingsley.

Even though Jameson has advertised Spider-Man as a menace for so many years, Spider-Man agrees to help his old boss.

Kingsley is giving Jameson cold calls via cell phone so Miles traces the signals in New York. Spider-Man and Black Cat only end up finding empty apartments until they find Lefty Donovan, Kingsley's wing man, in one of those apartments. Spider-Man talks to Kingsley over the phone and finds out that he is manic; he is obsessed with the Green Goblin and his abilities that he wants to become the Green Goblin one day.

Spider-Man, hearing Kingsley's tone, knows that Kingsley is not playing around so Spider-Man puts his focus on Kingsley.

One day, Peter visits Harry for breakfast at Ravencroft; Dr. Kafka is so close to a cure for Harry; Harry is excited to get out and see Peter and MJ again on a regular basis. The cure she is working on will remove the symbiote, the Globulin Green, and the "Osborn Curse" from Harry's blood stream. Harry opens up about how ashamed he is of his father, as Peter comforts him through the pain.

During the breakfast with Harry, Peter mentions the Roderick Kingsley situation; Harry does not know whether or not there is still Globulin Green out there for Kingsley to come in contact with. Because of this, Peter is even more worried for the city, as they might have a second Green Goblin to deal with if Kingsley ever runs into a stash of Globulin Green.

Spider-Man and Black Cat do some digging up regarding Lefty Donovan; Lefty Donovan has been with Kingsley for over ten years, so he is extremely loyal. Spider-Man uses the police databases at the NYPD, with the help of a disgruntled DeWolffe who is still not over the fact that her close friend, Yuri, is now a murdering vigilante ; he eventually finds out that despite being capable enough to escape him and Black Cat back at the apartment complex in Greenwich, he is not very bright; basing off session recordings between Donovan and Kingsley, Kingsley managed to sneak in a tracer that would track where Donovan is; Spider-Man, along with Black Cat, confronts Donovan, who is with a crooked FBI agent known as Jason Macendale.

Macendale was hired by Kingsley to clear up Kingsley's name so that nobody will know he actually wants to kill Jameson. Macendale and Donovan are shipping their associates out to upstate New York During one of the conversations, Peter and Felicia get into an argument, as Felicia tells Peter that she wants to be with him, but Peter urges her that he is already with Mary Jane; besides, Peter points out that Felicia only wanted to be with Peter because of his persona as Spider-Man, but Felicia denies that.

When the two arrive, they arrive at one of Kingsley's estates; they are surprised to see Kingsley there too; they listen in on Kingsley and Donovan's conversation and finds out that Kingsley wants to test out the Green outside the city. Kingsley has heavily fortified by heavily, it is almost impossible for Spider-Man and Black Cat to break into the area and Spider-Man and Black Cat struggle to get to Kingsley and Donovan; when they do, Kingsley has already altered the Globulin Green and made a yellow demon-ish armor for himself, killing Donovan and all of his associates to ensure that no one will know and turns himself into the terrifying Hobgoblin.

The Hobgoblin's glider is much more advanced and he manages to escape upstate New York, telling Spider-Man and Black Cat that he is going back to Manhattan to kill Jameson now.

Spider-Man gets Donovan's hard drive including of all of Kingsley's associates and also destroys the remaining Globulin Green in upstate New York though he and Black Cat are not sure if those are the only ones remaining. Spider-Man traces five known associates and manages to save all of them, having them arrested to Ryker's Island instead for associating themselves with Kingsley.

Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid, even the day after, see no signs of Hobgoblin; instead, Macendale comes back as Jack O'Lantern, the sadistic pumpkin-wearing mercenary to terrorize Jameson. Macendale essentially betrays Kingsley due to the fact that he wants more money and he is a psychopath; Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid duel it off with Jack O'Lantern, winning very easily. Officials from Ryker's try to hold Macendale down, but Macendale is a stone-cold killer and he is ruthless; he almost kills an official until Spider-Man knocks him out.

Macendale curses at Spider-Man, proclaiming that he will return and that somebody has big plans for him Jameson informs the city of the City Hall meeting where Jameson, as Mayor, will formally present himself and talk to the City Council about the Roderick Kingsley crisis. Peter and Mary Jane attend the meeting together, as Mary Jane needs this as a story for the Bugle, while Peter accompanies her and watches out for signs of the Hobgoblin, as this could be his first chance to make an attack on Jameson.

Peter's spider sense goes off and a yellow gas lights up City Hall, with Hobgoblin swooping in and kidnapping Jameson. Peter suits up and Hobgoblin makes a speech to New York from the Empire State Building; he tells them that Jameson is a joke and that Roderick Kingsley should have become Mayor; Jameson will do nothing for the city.

Jameson, un-phased by Hobgoblin's threats, only mocks Hobgoblin further after finding out that Hobgoblin is Kingsley. Spider-Man and Hobgoblin duel it off in the high skyscrapers of Manhattan, as Jameson is stuck in a lair of bombs. Hobgoblin is a lot stronger and faster but not necessarily smarter than the Green Goblin. An arrest warrant is placed on Kingsley and Kingsley loses his position as a politician; he becomes one of the world's most wanted and Spider-Man ensures DeWolffe that he will keep an eye out for Hobgoblin if and when he comes back to New York.

Spider-Man talks to Black Cat about whether or not she is going to stay in New York; she says she will and that her past life of robbing and lying are over; Black Cat becomes one of Spider-Man's partners in crime-fighting, alongside the Wraith and Kid Arachnid.

However, Black Cat says that she has important business to attend to with some of New York's lowest, but she will always be there if Spider-Man happens to need her help. This city will forever need protecting; Peter knows that his responsibility is protecting this city; if he does not, he will have failed his Uncle Ben. But he won't. Kafka's fascinating work has almost finished healing Harry's genetic disease. When Harry gets out of Ravencroft and back into civilization eventually , the former trio from Midtown High hug it out.

Peter knows things will never be normal again between him, Harry, and MJ, but "progress is progress"; something Aunt May told him when he was younger. Peter tries to call Eddie and work things out, finding out why Eddie is stalking him.

Eddie does not answer, but Peter instead hears a scream if the player swings around the area from Manhattan leading to Queens. Spider-Man goes to investigate and sees a little under a dozen of dead bodies; the bodies are so disfigured to the point that Spider-Man does not recognize who they are. There are a bunch of disfigured bodies, but one stands out; there is black goo on one thug. Spider-Man gets a bad feeling in his stomach and realizes that this is the symbiote.

Spider-Man is horrified and remembers his relationship with the symbiote. Spider-Man watches in horror as the body resurrects itself and turns into a symbiotic monster. Spider-Man fights the monster and remembers the noise weakness the symbiote has. Spider-Man uses the metal bars in the area to get the symbiote off the thug; sadly, the symbiote was controlling the corpse and the thug is already dead.

Peter talks to MJ about the situation; Peter tells MJ that seeing the symbiote again was like revisiting an abusive relationship. MJ comforts Peter because she knows that the symbiote reminds Peter of the mistakes he made with the symbiote and the people he hurt.

Peter, however, knows he is stronger than this and is clueless on whether this has anything to do with Eddie stalking him. MJ suggests Peter gives Miles a call; Miles is a valuable ally and value friend, but Peter said he wants Miles to take a break since Peter has hurt Miles enough with the whole Aaron situation. Judging from working with Peter on taking down Morbius and Hobgoblin, Miles still does not seem like he fully forgives Peter for what happened with Aaron.

Nevertheless, Peter calls Miles just to check up on him; Miles reveals that he is going to be out of town for a few weeks with his mom to be there for Aaron's ex-wife and her children to celebrate his life. Peter wishes Miles well. Peter keeps his patient with Warren, but knows Warren is a strange person. After work, Peter swings home, but when he almost arrives home, a giant symbiotic creature with the same spider symbol on his back and chest attacks him.

Spider-Man is confused as to why his spider sense did not go off. Spider-Man looks up at the creature, who is almost twice his size. The creature actually talks and calls himself Venom. Spider-Man and Venom duel off throughout the Manhattan skyscrapers. During the fight, it is revealed that Venom was the one who killed all those thugs and infected that one thug with the symbiote. Venom spends the entire fight taunting Spider-Man and finally says, "Peter".

Spider-Man is shocked to how Venom knows who he is. Since Venom does not trigger the spider sense, the fight is a lot harder for Spider-Man. Spider-Man ends the fight beaten and broken and before Venom swings away, he says, "Just in the nick of time am I right, Parker? Peter puts two-and-two together and finds out that Eddie Brock himself is Venom. Spider-Man swings to MJ's place, bloodied and broken, as that is the nearest place he can swing to without getting hurt even more than he already has.

Spider-Man's vision is not stable and swinging is very hard. Peter is weak, but can still utter his words. Peter tells MJ everything regarding Venom and Eddie; MJ is shocked and has a lot of questions; MJ and Peter know that after all of Norman's secret files were released for the public to see, one of those files revealed that Norman sent one of his scientists to come and get the symbiote from the church Peter took the symbiote from.

But how did Eddie get the symbiote himself? Peter decides he needs to go back to the church and investigate. MJ firmly says Peter needs rest though to heal up. He does so and stays at her apartment for the night. Meanwhile, just after the fight, the player controls Venom, who can swing, but is a lot heavier than Spider-Man and can trigger the symbiote dialogue within Eddie's mind.

Venom swings back to the homeless shelter he is living at in Chinatown; life has been rough for him for the past months since he lost his job at the Bugle; he has not yet found even an entry level job and because of this, is forced to live on the mean streets of Chinatown.
